The Eagles traveled to Austin, Texas to take on the Rams of Huston-Tillotson in a two game conference series in Branch Gymnasium on the Huston-Tillotson campus. Women's Volleyball would win both games in three sets to complete a weekend sweep of the Rams.
In game one the Eagles would defeat the Rams (25-12,25-20,25-8). In the first set, the Eagles would quickly build a lead and would be up 8-3. However, the Rams went on a run and would bring the score back within one, but the Eagles did not allow that to be the case for long. A 5-point swing for the Eagles would occur off a series of services from Kimberlee Joyce which put the Eagles up 16-8. The Eagles maintained the lead and closed out set 1 off a kill from Kelby Coutee making the final score 25-12. Set two was the closest set of the night as TAMUT had a strong lead for majority of the set, but the Rams would make a run to bring the score back within 5. However, the Eagles would put a halt to their comeback and would win the set 25-20. In set three the Eagles would come out victorious after a dominant performance on the court 25-8.
