The Eagles (4-5-0 overall, 2-2-0 RRAC) will play two on the road next week, against North American and Xavier (La.).
Eagles 3, Huston-Tillotson 0
Jacob Mendez recorded the shutout in goal and Jaret Rojas scored a goal in each half before Emmanuel Mubanga added another in the 70th minute. Coastas Heckman and Patrick Cowley assisted on the first goal. Rojas' second was unassisted. Christian Gomez assisted on Mubanga's tally. The Rams were held to just a single shot on goal.
Houston-Victoria 2, Eagles 1
The Eagles had a tough time mounting any sort of attack, putting just three shots on goal Saturday. Josh Bakare gave TAMUT the lead less than 10 minutes into the match with an assist credited to Golden Eguaikhide, but the Jaguars tied it just 10 minutes later then netted the game-winner just before halftime.

The Eagles are on the road next week, taking on North American at 7 pm Thursday, then facing Xavier on Saturday in New Orleans at 7:30 pm.
