HOBBS, New Mexico — Alyssa Daily scored twice Saturday and A&M-Texarkana finished their road schedule with a 2-0 conference win at Southwest. Daily scored her 12th and 13th goals of the season while the Eagles (13-2-0 overall, 8-2-0 RRAC) recorded their eighth shutout win of the season.
Daily scored her first goal just seven minutes into the contest with an assist from Delani Chappell, then added an unassisted goal in the 34th minute. The Eagles had 16 shots for the match and seven shots on goal.
Southwest (3-7-3, 2-7-2) managed nine shots but only three on target. Ivana Robinson recorded the win in goal and made three saves.
The Eagles' final three regular season contests will be played at home, starting with next Saturday's matchup with LSU-Shreveport at 5 pm. A&M-Texarkana went 8-1-0 on the road this season.
