Women’s Golf Faced a Competitive Field at Arkansas Collegiate
El Dorado, Ark. – The Texas A&M University–Texarkana women's golf team competed at the Arkansas Collegiate this past week, battling through a competitive field and challenging course conditions.
The Eagles were led by Ella Dieter, who paced the lineup with a three-round total of 176 (+32) to finish tied for 48th overall. Liberty Thomson followed closely behind, carding a 180 (+36) to secure a tie for 50th.
Anna Anglen and Jalee Sampley each turned in identical scores of 187 (+43), finishing tied for 56th, while Lainee McMillon rounded out the Eagle lineup with a 194 (+50) to place 60th.
The tournament provided valuable experience for the Eagles as they continue to build momentum heading into the heart of their spring schedule.
