The Eagles opened the weekend with a tightly contested matchup against Oklahoma Wesleyan. TAMUT secured the doubles point with victories at No. 2 and No. 3.
Alvaro Tormo Lopez and Lucas Yamaguti battled to a 7–5 win at No. 2 doubles, while Lawson Swain and Jose Rodrigues followed with a strong 6–2 performance at No. 3 to give the Eagles a 1–0 advantage heading into singles.
