Men's Tennis Tests Tough DII Opponents in Home Invitational
TEXARKANA, Texas – The Texas A&M University–Texarkana men's tennis team hosted the TAMUT Eagle Open this past weekend, October 10–11, with matches held at Texarkana College and Texas High School.
The Eagles faced tough NCAA Division II competition in both singles and doubles play in a single-elimination format with consolation rounds. The event featured a strong field of nationally ranked programs, including No. 25 Ouachita Baptist (DII), No. 41 Southern Arkansas (DII), No. 50 Texas Permian Basin (DII), and host No. 27 A&M–Texarkana (NAIA).
