TAMUT's Zeigler picks up RRAC's Player of the Week award

WACO, Texas — A&M-Texarkana senior guard Levelle Zeigler was recognized today as the RRAC Men's Basketball Player of the Week for the dates of Nov. 27-Dec. 3.
Zeigler averaged 24.5 points per game and dished out 13 assists for the Eagles during a week in which the team went 1-1. The Oakland, Calif. Native racked up 29 points and seven assists in a 75-70 win over Louisiana Christian, then scored 20 points with six assists in an 88-80 loss to LSU-Alexandria. He currently leads the conference in scoring (20.3 ppg) and assists (36).
This is the fifth weekly award for men's basketball this season and first to be awarded to a player from the Eagles' program.
