Bio
Rick Allen is the Head Esports Coach at Texas A&M University - Texarkana and the 2025 Sun Conference Coach of the Year. With more than 10 years of experience in esports, he has helped to build many successful high school programs in the region. At TAMUT, Rick leads a rapidly growing program grounded in student engagement, leadership, and academic success. He also serves as the Competition Director for Texas Scholastic Esports Federation, providing opportunities for young men and women to find the path from high school to college to career through esports.
